you guys probably know me from linkedin for poking fun at the non hris gang 😏
I’ve been in hris for 9 years and somehow spent most of that time deep in Workday, leading implementations, building teams, and doing way too much M&A.
I went from no tech background to senior director and learned a lot of what I know the very, very hard way. and somewhere in there I realized the stuff that actually made me good at my job didn’t come from the 20+ Workday courses I had to take or the silly 8 pro certs.
I realized 80% of hris is just figuring it out as you go.
I wanted a place to share things I wish someone had told me earlier and hopefully make your world a little better 👠
